Repairs to my vehicle were a bit longer than they initially thought but this was due to supplier delay on parts. I made an off-hand comment about not being able to pull a boat trailer with my rental, and they took the initiative, without me even asking, to arrange with Enterprise car rental to get me a SUV that can pull a boat to fish with my son. Great service and communication all the way from start to finish.

Clearly there is little to no quality control. Car was returned to me without working electronics (no radio, no view of climate control, etc). Highly disappointing as it simply came in for a bumper repair and the electronics were toasted. Further, the car interior has a matte finish and your crew ruined it with shiny armor-all wipe. Honestly my worst experience in over 25 years.
