They were kind enough to stay after hours so that I could pick up my car on the day that it was ready. They kindly mentioned that I could just drop the keys to my rental into their dropbox and have my return date noted as the day of. Follow up when you say you will. When a repair isn't done 100% you should never even turn the vehicle over to the customer. The fact that it wasn't done to standard coupled with the fact that I was told the service writer that he would follow up with the insurance and call me, but never did wasn't right.
