Experience overall was good. I do have a couple comments and one suggestion. Suzette appreciated the text updates on progress of her car getting reoaired. Also when looked at the car, it still has buff marks on the paint and smudge marks on the window. You took care of this with a wipe down so thank you. I would also recommend going over what exactly was done with the repair. What was repaired, replaced, painted, etc. A brief summary should suffice. We did appreciate your friendly staff, and again as a whole are very satisfied.
