The service team addresses any concerns and questions I had prior to the repair. I also loved the 'text updates'. I'm sure it's done to keep some customers informed so they don't disrupt the process with constant phone calls, but I thought it was great.

The receptionist was extremely helpful with the rental car procurement. From our perspective, we did nothing but bring our car in, left it for repair and drove away in a rental car through no effort on our part! That is Customer Service second to none! The best part of it all was our complete satisfaction with the repair of the car! It looks good as new!
