We were told to bring our vehicle in on Monday July 9., which we did. At that time, we were told that our car would be ready either late Tuesday afternoon or first thing Wednesday mornin. They said they would call us. We hadn’t heard from them at 10:30 Wednesday morning and my husband called and was told it was being cleaned up and would be ready right after lunch and they would call. About 2:00, my husband called them and asked again if our car was ready. They told him that it was being “cleaned up.” It was a necessity that we either had our car or rented one for the next day. I called a little after 2:30 and wanted to know a definite time. They told us to be there at 4:30 to pick up our car. When we got there st 4:30, they tried to give us someone else’s car!!! It was a Prius but an older model. THEY NEVER CALLED US to tell us ANYTHING after telling us it would be ready late Tuesday afternoon or first thing Wednesday and promised to call.

I was ABSOLUTELY pleased with all the work done. The repairs were flawless. Mr.Bill was so kind and helpful. I couldnt be more pleased with how fast the work was done as well as the service. I will definitely refer people and return any of my personal business to your shop!!

I am so grateful that Bill and the rest of the staff have put up with my moodiness when I have come there for service. They recognize that the reason that I am there is not positive. I have gotten better as I have come to realize that, regardless of how bad the damage is, everything is going to be ok. Their professional is unsurpassed. The quality of their work is exemplary. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.
