There is not enough space to describe my displeasure. 30 days not a single call from them until last day of service. They told me car would be done a week ago (after I called them). I called again last Friday to see if it was done - because again they did not let me know. They then told me Tuesday - no call. I call Wednesday. They tell me it is done. I then drive an hour to pick up... For them to tell me it is missing a part! Again they didn't call me before so I could have avoided the trip!!! Thus don't even apologize or offer me something for the inconvenience!!! They had my car for 4 weeks and made no calls to me! Unbelievable!
