The front of car is misalighned..maybe due to impact of reaend collision. I pointed this out to employee. Also there was white residue all over the enterior of the car. When i mentioned this , he took the car 4th o back of the building and hastily wiped some of it. White residue is still on the interior.

I don't remember the names of the repair person or the office staff who helped me but, when the repair was clearly not functioning the way it was supposed to function, they did a stand up job in figuring out the problem. They also were quite apologetic that the wrong part was ordered. That was a nice touch.
