100% satisfied from the minute I walked in the door! The receptionist was friendly, courteous and professional. Dan(?) greeted me and took the car in immediately. Kevin was outstanding, keeping me informed along the way. The got the car in early, finished early, and it was perfect. I was completely IMPRESSED with D and V Auto Body!!! My vehicle was delivered to me with noticeable gaps in between the hood and headlights. This should have been caught before I ever came to pick up the vehicle. Additionally the wrong color paint was used when performing touchups around the car. This looks terrible and needs to be corrected.

Ron, Kevin, Vena, Jenna, **** and all the techs that worked on the impossible dream went above and beyond. Their craftsmanship is second to none and I would recommend D&V to anyone at any time for any repair. My experience was unique in that another shop refused to repair my vehicle and my insurance company continued to follow their lead and screw me so bad, it took over 7 months to finally have my car repaired. Most of this time was no fault of D&V, it was the insurance company acting the fool. D&V stepped up and went out of their way to accept the challenges and repaired my vehicle to better than new. A few odds and ends need to be address before it's 100% perfect as perfect can get, but they've already assured me everything not up to par (which are very few minor things) would be gladly taken care of. They take absolute pride in their work and reputation and though my vehicle is no where near most of their high end exotic vehicles they normally work on, nor am I high end clientele, they worked on my car as of it were and treated me as if I was. That kind of customer service speaks volumes and that is an understatement!
