The auto body repair was fantastic, as was the detail of the car. I was impressed that the interior was detailed too!
The only issue is that the tint on the window of the door has bubbled. It has a lifetime warranty, so I will deal with it, however it is just one more issue I need to get addressed. I'm not sure what your specialists did, but it's something to be aware of for future jobs.

First time in more than 20 years of coming to D&V that I was not really happy with the work done on my car. It's okay but I was expecting a little more just because that was what I was used to every time I pick up my car. Maybe there was a change in personnel in the shop? Car needs to come back for several issues to be corrected. In addition to what I pointed out to Mike upon pickup (overspray, orange peel, side skirt not properly attached on the passenger side), the car is filled with rattles every time I go over any road imperfections. It's hugely annoying and completely unacceptable that this wasn't discovered before completion. I assume the technician did a road test of the vehicle. I have trusted D&V with two vehicle repairs and I expect you to do better. It's not an easy drive for me to come to you from Maryland either, so I need all of the issues to be corrected properly.

Often the best measure of a companies customer satisfaction is what happens when things go wrong. When I picked up my car, there was a piece of the bumper that was slightly raised. It was not easy to spot. Mike, my POC, immediately took the car back in the shop to get fixed. 30 minutes later and everything was fine.
D&V also cleaned the exterior and interior of my car. A nice surprise.
