I was able to schedule an appt in a timely manner and the repair was completed in a very reasonable time. Jennifer was very personable and professional. I cannot recall the repairman/tech’s name, but he was thorough and helpful.

The major repairs look great and I am pleased with the paint. But it was delivered with a few small items incomplete. Such as the gas fill pipe and DEF nozzle detached and a drain line dangling from beneath the vehicle. Disappointed to have had to do some work on it myself after getting it back to make it complete and usable.

The ladies in the office are AMAZING! They made me feel so welcome as soon as I was there for my estimate and kept me updated the whole time my truck was being worked on. The body shop did a great job on my truck! This place rocks!

Took longer than I was promised to complete but when finished it was beautiful as it looked like the interior of the car had been detailed as it was immaculate which made up for any extra time it took. We had a prior vehicle repaired at Haley Ford Body Shop and once again they did a great job. Great communication, met our time frame to start the repair and complicated the repair when stated. The outcome of the repair came out beautiful. Very happy with this team.

I was actually impressed that Crystal called me back the same day my car was brought in with an estimate of $3008.00 and approximately 6 days. From that forward it was nothing more than a nightmare. There was every excuse from wrong parts ordered to having to have it taken to a Hyundaii dealership across town when there is a Hyundai dealership less than 5 miles from your body shop. The six days turned into over 40. I they were aware that I was paying for a rental out of pocket. I was eventually offered a loaner car but was not explained that I had to have it back at a certain time and could only take it certain places. I spoke to Penny the shop manager. She was nothing but rude and ironically, the price more than doubled with no explanation why she informed me she I need a new battery which they were going to charge me close to $500 for. I drove my car from the scene of the accident and the battery was fine. It also had more than a half a tank of gas in it. When the car was finally finished I decided I couldn’t afford to go with a $500 battery. I had to have the car towed back to my house through my insurance. I had a friend call in to see if he could offer some assistance and we were both told by Ben that if I didn’t have The loaner car back by 2 PM. They were going to report it stolen and I potentially could be arrested. I explained to them that I am a single parent of an adult child with a disability and had no way to go over there until after my younger son was off of work later on that afternoon. Threaten someone to have them arrested for stealing a car is a little above and beyond. I had my son get a new battery from AutoZone, which by the way was only $229.00 And the first time I took my car out the next morning with my son the gas light was on and below the red line. The night that I was rear ended by the tractor I had just put gas in my car so I’m not sure how that happened and I said no one drove the car. Maybe the battery went dead because someone was listening to the radio while they were working on it just guess. I had to call in to request a copy of a breakdown of what was done to my car. Penny did eventually send it to me with no explanation. There is a mile In notated, but nothing notated for miles out. Not to mention, there was no Explanation of how the quote more than doubled. I could never recommend your car dealerships or Body shop. Even the kids who drove my son and I home from dropping off the loaner complained about how horrible of a company Haley was to work for. I will let every social platform know of my concerns, the mistreatment of your body shop. I’ve already informed My insurance company because they recommended you and I’m considering calling 12 on your side. Considering the circumstances, I’m expecting a phone call back ****-****-xxxx Melissa G

I brought the car in on January 3. It took over two months to be repaired for what considered minor damage for a repair. During that time, I called multiple times to get a status on the car. I was told they would call me back and never did. I eventually had to go to the dealer myself just to ensure the car was even on the lot and hadn't been stolen. I had to get management involved just to get status on the car. I had to go to the dealer 3 times for status. Totally unacceptable. However, when I did get the car back, so far the repairs seem to be done to my satisfaction.
