So far everything checks out fine. The body/paint repair is excellent as far as I can see. Fit and trim work is excellent ...Checked for proper fit & finish and was not able to see anything wrong at this time. The only thing I have not done is crawl under the car and check the exhaust system...everything looks great from what I can see but will wait for warmer weather to do the final check. From what I see so far your people did a fantastic repair job. Thanks...

The personal care that we were given by Chad was great and really appreciated. Help, advise and recommendation for a car rental and completion of the repair in a timely manner was wonderful. One comment; when picking up the car Chad came out to greet us but didn't take any time to Direct us to our car or show us and explain the repair. When we completed the paper work with the receptionist and turned around he was gone. I want to believe he was preoccupied with something else and by no means do I want to take away from his excellent care for guiding us through the process. Perhaps he should be made aware he needs to continue his great care from start to finish.

My trunk does not close straight (shifts to the right) and it seems that it has not been aligned because it goes to the left if you let go of the steering wheel when driving straight.

I was very happy with the friendly service and the automated updates regarding progress. Miguel did an excellent job cleaning up the side of my car; he brought it back to new again! He was also very friendly and helpful with advice when I asked him about different car paint colors when I look for a new vehicle. Chad was also very nice and did a great job explaining the process and timeline for the repairs.
