Communication from the shop was spotty and the receiving of calls was not common. I would have liked to have been contacted more about my vehicle. There are some resulting damages let over on my vehicle which were not present prior to arriving at the shop, I feel as though an effort must be taken to repair the issues at hand and make them right. There were several parts and pieces either missing, out of place, left disconnected, or scratched/damaged post repair that should have never left the shop as QC process should have been thoroughly performed. Not all issues were with Briggs themselves but also the dealership in which my vehicle was taken to for R&I of major components, I am very dissatisfies with the quality of work that was performed to ym vehicle. Care was taken with the repairs and I am gravelly appreciative of that, but the quality was just not 100% like I had thought it wouldve been.

Yes, we are completely satisfied with our recent repair experience with Briggs Collision. I took the Pacifica in on a Monday morning, and the good folks at Briggs found that the estimate from Allstate did not cover some damage that was unseen. They contacted Allstate and informed them about the additional damage, and got it covered. It took an extra day to get our car because of this, but it was well worth it. Thanks Briggs. We will think of you first if we need to have other work done.
