Car was supposed to be done on 3/30. Picked up 4/4. Car not detailed had to wait then asked to come back for detailing. Started car and told me keys were in it. Drove to work only to find out keys were not in car. Keys had to be delivered to my work.
I've had my car to the shop 4 other times and this has been my worst experience.
