The console was scratched which left a black scratch looking spot. Mericruz tried everything, but said a specialist would have to come out to send and paint. That doesn't sound like a good solution the more we think about it. Also, black oily looking grease on driver seat when I started to get in. I had to ask to get it wiped off before I sat down as I had on white pants and a brand new light colored top on with white fringe on it. I checked the pants, but not top yet. I was half in when I saw it. All people very, very nice, but these things shouldn't happen, and they need to be handled. Jennifer G
