I chose to have additional insurance on the rental, but then decided to remove it. I was told I merely needed to bring in the vehicle for inspection to if I chose to remove it. I called enterprise rental company on Tuesday to set up bringing in my rental to remove my additional insurance. I left a message because no one answered and never received a call back. I finally received a call in Friday, but only to let me know my rental coverage had expired and I needed to get in contact with my insurance company. When I called Dave **** to inquire about this, he informed me I didn't need the coverage and this would not be covered, although the rental would be paid for by the shop. I called back only to find that the enterprise representative, shanta, finally told me rudely that I didn't need to set up an appointment and I could take it anywhere. If I had known this initially, I would have done it earlier to have it canceled. Otherwise, my experience was good.

I requested that my front end be evaluated for damage since there were noises coming from the front end after the accident. I was told that the likelihood of there being a problem was slim. I requested that it still be looked at and as typical for all accidents....the only thing people care about is the cosmetic issues. So now I have picked up my vehicle and I still have no clue what the problem is. I will have it looked at by my own mechanic. But, I will never use Sterling again.
