I received a message that my car was ready to pick up. I arrived the next day as soon as the collision center opened, hoping to pick my car up and still make it to work in time, only to find out that my car was not completed. My rep rushed to try and finish the car, but several requests were not fulfilled. They forgot to fix the passenger side back door lock. The passenger side front door lock wasn't properly reinstalled, I assume from the reassembly of the car door. The car was not detailed. The interior was so dirty, that my work clothes were soiled from driving the car. This whole process also took almost 2 hours, making me very late for an important business meeting with business partners from New York. My rep promised me hat he would schedule my return and a loaner car to complete the car repairs. I was promised a call this afternoon to confirm the appointment. I never received a call.
Furthermore, I dropped the car off with about 25-30 miles worth of gas in the car. I picked up the car and the gas tank range was on zero (0), so the car was either driven or the car we left on for an extended period of time for no good reason, considering the repairs were cosmetic. This afternoon, the car would not start and I was left stranded in downtown Houston. I haven't confirmed the reason yet, but I'm assuming that the car battery was drained during the cosmetic repair. I am beyond disappointed in the service I received. I live in Midtown Houston and I elected to bring my car all the way to Clear Lake for my repairs because of my normally great experience with your dealership. I've received terrible customer service from a lot of car places and wanted to avoid this by bringing my car there. I was greatly disappointed and want to have this problem resolved in a timely matter and my faith restored in the Clear Lake Lexus dealership.
If these issues are not resolved immediately, I intend on taking the issue up with the corporate offices of Sterling McCall and Toyota/Lexus. Please help. I can be reached by phone, but can be best reached by email and would prefer all correspondence take place using email. Thanks in advance.

When they text you updates they should also call the same number they texted instead of calling the other phone number you gave them unless it's busy or goes to voice mail.

The whole experience was smooth and easy as a breeze. No gimmick. No surprise. The charge was exactly the same as it was estimated when I dropped off.
