My initial contact with sterling McCall was wonderful. Brad was thorough with his assessment of my vehicle and the expectation time of completion. However I was then transferred to Donney and things quickly for frustrating. I would receive text messages about the progress of the work and then when I would call for verification or explanation the story he would share simply did not add up. After multiple set backs I decided to come to the shop to visual see the progress on my vehicle because there were too many contradictory stories. After arriving at the shop, Israel was wonderful and walked me through everything going on with the explorer. It turned out that the stories I was getting we're not completely factual but instead exaggerated and in fact my car was not as close to being completed as Donney was trying to lead me to believe the entire time. Israel was wonderful and understood and sympathized with my frustrations and worked hard to accommodate my schedule and situation to have my vehicle ready as needed. He and brad worked together to make sure everything was ready and prepared for me on pick up and even helped me transfer things from my rental to my vehicle. My explorer is repaired and back in my possession. My only advice is for your service reps to be more honest and knowledgable about exactly what is going on with the repair with the customers.
