Overall, a lack of thoroughness in fully completing the job. My bumper along with a parking sensor was replaced. However, after replacing the parking sensor, the sensor system was not checked to make sure the sensor even worked. I had to return the car. I was told the car would be ready that afternoon, but when I called mid day to check the status, the technician had not even spoken to the person who was supposed to be fixing the problem. This was after the car was said to be done on a Monday, but was not done until Wednesday at a time that was not convenient (after hours of regular business time). Lack of communication and broken promises about when jobs would be completed.

Twice I've gone to pick up my SUV and i, the customer found damage not fixed. When I picked it up today the windshield washer water tank was not fixed. I specifically told the adjuster when we went over the car on initial look over. Then I called and spoke with a Brad this past Friday about everything and again asked about a picture that had water under the front end. I asked if the windshield washer fluid had been fixed, he said yes that the water on the friend was overfill from Israel filling it up. When I picked it up today I didn't make it out of the driveway from Sterling McCall and the fluid low light comes on. I went to Walmart bought fluid and in the parking lot filled the reservoir with half a galling of fluid. It was pouring out as fast as I put it in. I went back to collision center and spoke with Donnie AGAIN. He took SUV back and camcorder about 10 minutes later. Fed me a line of BS about it having a hairline crack and they were only able to find it after building pressure in it. But it was just a slow leak. BS it was coming out as fast as I put it in. Also told me it was not part of damage from the wreck. BS again, it worked fine before the wreck. The light came on after I ran over the fence and the guys had me turn my vehicle off that night because they didn't know own if it was my radiator. The light had been on ever since. It is on my original claim I filed with Geico , I told the original adjuster and I specifically asked about it Friday, 01/08/16. I am beyond frustrated after twice of coming to get my vehicle and finding more damage that was not fixed. I will not recommend this collision center to anyone. I might be a female but I'm not a dumb one. My daddy and ex taught me a lot about cars and I'm not gonna be pushed over by anyone. When you are told what happened and specifically ask for the undercarriage to be thoroughly checked, it's for a reason. And don't play me a fool because of your lack of knowledge of a vehicle. It's being covered and not being charged to Geico because your shop screwed up. I'm beyond frustrated and pissed now. I have to take another afternoon off from work to get this thing fixed. Let alone I had a full tank of gas when I dropped it off and only a half a tank when I picked it up this afternoon, why?

I was told the repair (replacement of a door) would take 4 days. I was then updated it would take another week. I received a text message on the day it was promised saying it would be ready that afternoon. I came in only to learn it wasn't ready because a door handle had to be ordered. This was a Thursday and I was promised the vehicle on Monday. On Monday I was told the wrong handle had been ordered. The vehicle was not ready until Wednesday. Two-and-a-half weeks for what I was promised in 4 days. 385 in rental charges that should have been less than 100 if things had gone as I was told. Had Sterling McCall been honest (or simply correct) and told me the repair would be that long I would have gone elsewhere. Had your people ordered ALL the parts needed the first time, I would have saved hundreds of dollars. Had your people ordered the CORRECT parts the second time, I would have saved 100. I understand incorrect estimates, but flat-out ERROR on the part of your people cost me significantly more money in rentals than expected. I regret using Sterling McCall and ONLY used you because of the GEICO express (ironic) service. I am deeply disappointed and will be using all potential social media outlets and recommendation pages to warn others of the personal expenses I incurred due to incompetence on the part of your company.
