Appointment time was meant! Receptionist friendly and helpful. Donnie, your representative. Who handle us and our vehicle was friendly, helpful and most important knowledgeable. Most important he listen to what I had to say and why the bird doo-doo leftover marks were left on my hood! He informed me he would do his best to get my problem resolved. And that after taken my vehicle he would get back to me as to that resolve. Within 30/40 minutes he was back, problem fixed and would a like to wait a few minutes while he got it washed. Best service ever. I will highly recommend Serling McCall, and also Donnie, he’s a true professional. He made us a return customer should the need arise. Which of course I hope does not, but if so, yes you’ll see me again. Thanks for your great service and caring people.
