I want to specifically compliment the outstanding degree of customer service provided in this repair experience by your service rep, Bruce Chance. To begin with, Bruce displayed an outstanding degree of professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and respect for the customer's plight of having to deal with a collision repair situation. He was extremely meticulous in explaining the potential damage, and how the damage review and repair process would go forward. I could not have asked for a better rep from your organization to work with on this matter. As further example of Bruce's outstanding support and customer service, I believe he went above and beyond in this particular repair case based on the following: The car involved in this repair case belonged to my 93-year old mother who lives in Pasadena. She was recently released from a local hospital stay due to having incurred a recent heart attack which necessitated her hospitalization. Her doctor has not yet cleared her to drive and the forecast is that it'll be another few weeks before that will happen. I am her oldest son; and I currently live in California. I traveled to Pasadena, staying for 3 weeks to assist my Mom in her recovery efforts after hospital release. It was during my visit that my Mom's vehicle accident occurred; in fact, I was the driver with my Mom as the passenger, when we were rear-ended. Based on the forecast repair time when my Mom's car was brought in, I explained to Bruce that I would already be back in California by the time the repair was completed. I also explained my Mom's situation and that she would not be able to pick the car up herself because of her current inability to drive. In discussing with Bruce what other options might be available to allow my Mom's car to be picked up by someone other than my Mom, he unhesitatingly offered another solution to this dilemma. Bruce offered that once the repair was complete, he could have my Mom's car delivered by Sterling McCall to my Mom's house at no charge because of her unique situation. I could not have asked for a better solution to this problem; and it illustrates yet another example of the excellent customer service demonstrated by Bruce in this particular case. Bruce is an outstanding representative of your organization and he should be commended on what a great job he does in providing such an outstanding public face on behalf of Sterling McCall. I would strongly recommend your repair facility to anyone if all your service reps are as customer supportive and professional as Bruce. Thank you for this opportunity to comment on the Sterling McCall service experience. While my Mom's name was on the service order, because of her age and current medical condition, I have served as her rep in dealing with Bruce Chance and Sterling McCall in this case on all communications, Larry Rannals San Clemente, CA

I did not receive one phone call with a status update the time my vehicle was there. When I did go to pick it up, there was a hair painted in my bumper, I spoke to the manager and he said he was going to call me back by ****:30, I never heard from him again. There was a spot on my lift gate the rep told me they don't think it was done by the accident but will touch it up for a good survey, it didn't get touched up at all. Very poor customer service.

I was satisfied with the communication via text messages. The only issue I would like to mention is that I was expecting an employee to walk with me to my car and give me an overview of what was done and ask me at that time how it looked to me. Phone messages are fine during the work, but at the delivery of the vehicle I would have liked a representative to be with me. Thank you.
