I was getting ready to travel and he made sure that he had all of the information prior to my departure, even taking the time to wait while I completed communication with my insurance. I am extremely satisfied with the results of my car getting fixed. When it was almost time to pick it up they noticed a small dent and kept it an extra day just to fix it and make sure that I am happy with the result and that it looks perfect in the end. Donnie and his group of guys are very good and my car looks almost better than it did when I first bought it. A1 service. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!

The auto accident that damaged the front portions of my RX330 included damage to both headlight assembly brackets. The broken brackets are not separable items and are the key connecting points for mounting the assembly to the vehicle structure. The damage was pointed out during the initial inspection with the GEICO claims personnel and a Sterling McCall repair tech... who both viewed and acknowledged the broken assemblies. However, during the repair estimate and ultimate repair... only one of the damaged assemblies (driver-side) was replaced... the passenger-side assembly was retained and partially repaired with epoxy. The concern and complaint is that the repair work on the broken assembly connect points does not appear to be reliable and should have been replaced with a new assembly. The mixed-matched assemblies are not complimentary to the vehicle, nor are they 100% to the owner's satisfaction. Please notify GEICO claims agent of this issue and provide a schedule to have a new passenger-side headlight assembly installed. Tim W

The lower paneling on the rear bumper was not installed correctly. I asked how much was paired on the car, and the representative stated it was just the trunk and rear bumper. Yet once I saw the car in different lighting I noticed that a lot more of the car was painted than stated. The difference is visible and I found overspray. Thus, I lost value in my investment that I can never recover.
