Let's take a look at this from the perspective of a client approaching your Collision Center for the first time... It looks like a construction site, with cars parked everywhere, being washed or moved, some blocking the sliding-gate entrance. I considered driving around to the other side of the Lexus building to look for the right entrance. If there were any signs or directions, I missed them. Inside the compound there were cars parked everywhere, even blocking lanes and other cars, with no indication of what I should do... so I just parked in the one remaining open space. Not sure if there was a sign on the entrance, but for sure there was nothing posted to indicate that customers should sign in and take a seat. The workers behind the desk were busy and customers had to interrupt them to find out what was expected. (BTW, did you know that the Enterprise main phone number has no listing or knowledge that there is an Enterprise station at this location? I could not even get their phone number from the Lexus service desk. Enterprise told me to call back when I had dropped of my car and they would sent a rental from the Friends wood area.) Having said all this... the net result once I got over the learning curve, is that the service and personnel at Lexus, Sterling McCall and Enterprise knew their jobs, we're friendly and helpful and took care of business. The phone text alert system was executed successfully and I appreciate that service. My car looks brand new again. Thank you.
