Paint job looked fantastic. I was disappointed at the fact there was , what looked like wax left in the cracks of the hood as well as on the rubber surface around the sunroof. There were also some additional handprints on the interior of the car that definitely came from the repair of the car. I will say that the individual that matched the paint did a tremendous job

Only issue preventing a superior experience was when parts were delayed and finally arrived I was not notified and I had to initiate the second visit rather than being called to tell me that I could now reschedule the late arriving part was in.

Terrible customer service you guys received cars that you know you will not have time to get parts for and the customer ends up paying more for the rental I spent and extra 1200 because you guys were waiting on parts
You guys get cars in every day so you are aware that its a common issue.
If you know you can’t get parts you should be honest with the customer . I could have driven my car until you were able to get the parts in my car was drivable!! You cost me more money inconvenient me . And you do
Nothing but blame it on your supplier. Well guess I was your customer not the supplier of parts customers and you really dont care after you got the insurance money smh you guys are terrible.

We traded damaged vehicle for a new truck, prior to repairs being made. Called to cancel repair appt immediately (10 days prior to scheduled repair). The person was very rude, stating he didnt know what to do since they had already ordered parts, and then hung up on me. Up until that point, our experience with MODERN Collision had been good. I do not know if I would recommend Modern Collision to my friends and family.
