Other than it took a bit longer than anticipated (which was bearable because I had a rental car) the experience was one of "great customer service" by all personnel. The texts advising what stage the repairs were at was appreciated. The icing on the cake was your paying for the 2 or 3 days of rental expense that my insurance company would not cover after 30 days. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend your company.
