Everytime they say my car was ready it wasn’t complete for what it came in there for i had to leave my car twice for something they didn’t do are for something that was wrong and it’s still there

I would have appreciated more communication on how the repair was going, just so I had more of an idea when the car would be done. In example “ parts have been ordered. “ “ car is 50% done “ etc. I was worried with my job, travel, etc when it would be done seeing as I had a rental as well. It was great overall. Isaias was very easy to work with, and made things clear and run smoothly.
