I am totally disappointed. My truck has been at the shop for over 10 days. It was taken into the shop after a car accident. The damage was on Rear driver side, has damages in the body and since the impact was also in the wheel, I kept mentioning my concern about having a frame damage or suspention, which the Geico agent/ and the mechanics at the shops skipped or avoid to look into it and did not fix it. Yesterday that my truck supposed to be ready (10-23-18). I was surprise that the there was a lot of things that wherent complete. -for example the air houses for the airbags suppention aren’t connect as it was origanally. -plastic step of the bumper was broken which wasn’t like that when they took my trunk to the shop( I have picture to prove it ) The most important part that you guys Skipped on fixing it was the area of the rear driver wheel, still leaking fluid from the back of the tired, it means a lot more parts are damage. -THE REAR DRIVER SIDE TIRE WOBBLES really bad it looks like the tire will fall off. I will recognize that the work done on the paint was great. BUT ALL YOU FIXED IT, WAS THE COSMETIC PART BUT NOTHING WAS DONE TO THE MECHANICAL PART. When I was told that, they did alignment and eveything was good. They lied because what I know is that once alignment is done they need to test Drive the car to make sure that it work fine, the wobbling of the rear driver tire was so obvious.... I’m tired of using rental car please please, do your best and fix my truck, I will also contact Geico insurance to make sure it’s fix properly.

It would be nice to receive interim reports. I had to call after four days to find out progress.

I'm satisfied with the quality of the repairs; however, the new tailgate that was installed did not have sprayed Berliner applied like the original, so I will have to go back to get this done.
