Collision Adviser did not updated me in a timely manner. I had to call her several times in a day and send emails to get status updates. The interior plastic panels in my car were not put back correctly, they are loose and have gaps in between. The repair took one week for a minor dent and paint job.
However the dent repair and the paint job is very good.
