The front desk workers need to be a little more friendlier! But my compliments to Rick!!!!!! Exceptional job in keeping me informed of the repairs! I was very emotional since the accident and Mr. Rick help keep me calm, he went over and above the call of duty in my opinion to assist me!

****, receptionist wasn't welcome, and after received the money, she didn't give the key to check out the car, and rude to cuatomer when the first time to meet for discussing the repair. 2, After recieved the car, need to come back several times for additional repairs with uncompleted . We also need to come back today for another repairs

The paint turned out great-- I was really happy with the quality of the work. However, I was not happy with how long it took to finish. Our other vehicle that was vandalized was a larger vehicle, went to Service King and was done 2 weeks sooner. My insurance rental coverage ran out before this job was completed...Secondly, while I appreciated the text updates I did not appreciate being called 20 minutes before pick-up time AS I WAS ON MY WAY TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE to let me know that it wouldn't be ready until after the weekend. That call should have been made way before 5:10 pm. I would not recommend Sterling McCall to anyone because of the length of time it took to complete my repairs, the failure to meet deadlines and poor handling of my customer service experience. These issues have already been addressed with my service liaison but will also be addressed with State Farm who recommended this facility.
