I thought it was great to receive updates about the repairs via text. Definitely the first time I have experienced anything like that. I appreciated Steven ****giving me a call and telling me that the repairs have been delayed due to additional damage. If anything ever comes along as far as damage to my car I was definitely bring it back to this repair center.

Everyone was polite & helpful. The car was ready earlier than expected. I appreciated that a non-related scrape on the side was also painted. The work was excellent ! I do find it irritating that this is my car & I gave claims & Saul my name & number & all the comminications came to my husband. It is a good thing that we r close & communicate well & he simply forwarded everything to me. State Farm & the restoration group may want to work on this.

I would have at least expected my car to be washed when I picked it up after a 1000 dollar repair to a scrape in the front. To add to that, there was an oily residue smeared on the windshield. I willh have to think seriously about returning even though it is a lexus location.

I wish they would have washed my vehicle. I brought it in clean. It was covered with pollen and front windshield was in need of cleaning. But other than that, the company kept me updated on the status of my car and what parts were waiting to be delivered.
