Car is perfectly repaired only problem is it took much Ian’s 3 or 4 times pick date has been changed otherwise the repair is wonderful

Service was excellent!

My rep was fired and it took days before anyone picked up my repair case. I kept leaving messages on a voicemail with no response. My repair was text to me it would be complete on 11/22/18. I got text upda6with that date. Then 2 days prior I found out no action was really happening to my car. It was completed on 11/30/18.

Ulysses’s was very nice. However, when I went to pick up my car the new bumper was not flush with the lower half of the back causing an opening to appear. The clear Lexus strip had several air bubbles as well. Most concern was the installation of the new bumper. When I went to pick up a second time the bumper was better but not how it was originally when it was new. The clear sticker had fewer bubbles. There was a new deep scratch on my passenger door. I know that it was new because Ulysses had very kindly (and much appreciated) buffed other light scratches. The new gentleman checking me out said I would have to wait to potentially speak with Ulysses. Since this was my second time attempting to puck up my car (after I was assured a quality check before arriving) I asked the man if he could take my car to go buff out this new deep scratch. He did. The scratch is now buffed but visible as the man explained any more buffing would remove the clear coat. I would need to follow up with Ulysses to address this issue. Ulysses was out to lunch. I could not take off anymore time from work. So I am disappointed at the level of quality with the bumper. And further that I now have a new exterior scratch in my car after it was in your repair center. My car was at your center for 2 weeks for a minor bumper repair. Problem was not diagnosed correctly. Ended up spending lot more money than needed if the problem was diagnosed in the beginning. I had provided sufficient information to indicate that problem was somewhere else & not go away by doing by body work

I have nothing but good things to say about Rick. He did such a great good making this process easy and stress free. He will send me text updates about my car so I can stay informed. The process was done very quick. And the end result was spectacular. I will most definitely come back and recommend Rick and The Sterling McCall team. Thank you.

The service is not good. It took me around 45 waiting for picking up my car. The staffing from front desk was doing other stuff when he was working on my case.

Rick was very attentive to my concerns and made the experience very pleasant!! Please keep up the good customer service!!

Waiting to hear from someone...

The part needed was misordered so the repair was not completed on time. This caused me to have to rent a car for another two days. I should not have to pay for this additional rental. Tom Royce
