The Sterling McCall Restoration and Enterprise representatives were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond making sure that I was happy with the repair and the rental car. I was not very happy to know that I had to pay out of pocket even though it was clearly the other driver's fault. But he simply got away just by saying it wasn't his fault; it defeats the purpose of having insurance to defend your case. I just want to thank Rick, my Sterling McCall Representative, and Calvin, my Enterprise representative, for their excellent help; their friendly demeanor and willingness made getting my car fixed a pleasant experience

I am satisfied with the work that was done but when I got the car, the driver side carpet was all messed up with dirt. The speaker on the door had dirt as well as the running board (if you want to call that) - the part on the frame inside the door. Looks like they put a paper or sheet while the work was done!

Repair was not completed on all the damages. I had an appraisal from Service King as Liberty Mutual referred me to them. Sterling McCall used their information which omitted the front flare o the rear tire of the driver side. That area had been damaged when the collision occurred and was part of the damages. Had Sterling McCall done an appraisal it would have been seen, but perPUl Krause, they went off the one S.k did. My car still has damage that needs to be repaired and now I am told to wait until SterlingMcCall submits it the Insurance
Was completely satisfied. Rick was friendly and kept me informed. Was good experience and would recommend you to my family and friends.
