Workmanship was decent. Customer service needs a heck of a lot of work. My repair was done through insurance (AAA) and thus dealt with Ronnie. He is not the most pleasant man to work with. First, no one seemed to realize I had an appointment set up - I received a call from Sterling McCall, promptly scheduled an appointment, AND received a confirmation e-mail. When I got to the shop, NO ONE knew what I was talking about and made it seem like I was crazy by continually asking, "are you sure, are you sure, are you sure??" Then, I was "greeted" by Ronnie. I used greet loosely as he came out with a sour face and almost upset that I was there on-time for my appointment. He showed no interest in explaining what work needed to be done or the situation that brought me to him. Finally, as my repairs were being done, I NEVER once received a status update call from him. I always had to chase him down and was never given a straight answer as to when the work would be repaired. All in all, work was as expected, customer service was extremely disappointing.
