When I picked up my Rav4 on Friday, I was in a hurry to get on my way. When I got home, I noticed numerous instances of lack of attention to detail, missed nicks, and a number of flaws in the paint job. The car had been damaged in a major storm. I showed the photos to the them, noting the obvious places of damage and then I told the man to look over the entire vehicle. This was a brand new car.

My back seat was smeared with oil. I guess from them putting some items I had in the trunk in the back seat. I didn't notice it until I got home and went to put the items back in the trunk. About a 10" x 3" stain.
