It took forever for me to get my vehicle back. Almost a month, as a matter of fact. I felt like I had to stay on top of everything to make sure that I would get my car back in a timely manner. I would get updates texted to my phone that didn't match with what was really going on with my car. FINALLY I get my car back and the knob to my radio is MISSING!!! Now I have to WAIT again for them to order the part to put the knob back on my radio that was obviously STOLEN!!! They had NO business inside of my car when the damage was on the OUTSIDE!!! Shaking my head!!! I just want to be done honestly!!!
