Ulysses H. was professional, helpful, calm and kind. I was certain my car was a total. Ulysses explained to me the reason it wasn't. Not once did he seem exasperated with my insistence that the car was a total. Long story short -- he was right and I was wrong! I also liked the way Sterling McCall sent emails regarding the status of my repair.

From the start, when my car was delivered to SMR, Isaias Ponce was wonderful! He kept me informed all along the way and updated me on the progress since it was a large repair and took a long time. For a fender repair, it took a rather long time. I would have thought the fender could have been ordered in advance to lower time in shop. Additionally the text notifications are nice, but somewhat worthless as I didn't get any update for several days, then a notice on track for 11/30, then another on 11/25 stating again to plan on 11/30 only to get a call later the same day the car was ready. So to recap, very little communication and when it came it was inaccurate, so where is the value in this communication?
Otherwise the quality of the work was excellent and if one can deal with waiting a long time and spotty communication, I would recommend.

Although the repairs took one more day than promised, the car was phenomenal when I got it. As well I had a concern when I picked up the car; the flat tire light was on. So the SM team checked it out and fixed it even though they were supposed to be closed. That kind of service will always make me return to Sterling McCall Restoration.
