My experience from start to finish, was impeccable. The point person, Isias, was very professional & thorough. He kept me posted every step of this process & made himself available for any questions or concerns. Isias's costumer service & demeanor was flawless & his expertise made me feel at ease & confident. Additionally, the drivers that took me to & from the restoration center were also very courteous & respectful. Lastly, my car looks beautiful & I am pleased with my overall experience with Sterling McCall Restoration Center.

I could not have imagined a better experience!!! From the moment I walked in to the shop until the moment I picked up my car, I was more than impressed with Sterling McCall Restoration. The staff was kind, patient & understanding. My nationwide coordinator - Rick - was AWESOME!! He communicated where we were in the restoration process to me, daily; answered & addressed all of my questions & concerns; and personally made sure that EVERYTHING I needed done to my car was completed. The team that actually worked on my car did a remarkable job as well! I'm so happy to say that my car looks as good now as it did the day I drove it off the lot. As I had handled the paper work, I walked to my car and something about the back bumper caught my eye so I walked close up and saw two (2) small round holes/impressions... of something..... backing into my car. These were NOT THERE WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN FOR REPAIR!!!! Now, what do I do. I am sooo disgusted with your repair place. I had originally planned to take it for repair at another location. I have done without my car for **** wk & 2 days (9) days & it was almost unbearable as my husband wouldn't agree to lease a car. I use my car almost every day and walk behind behind the bumper to get in it...! I check my car when at the mall or any time that I feel someone could have bumped it because my husband (& my Dad) has/had the ability to get angry at almost nothing & has always demanded that I avoid accidents of which I have - never had an accident that was my fault and I've been driving since I was 16 yrs. old! I bet that if I or my husband walk around in your repair areas that we'd find the machinery that backed into my car! As bad as I hate to be without my car, I request that you all repair or replace the bumper. I asked ROSIO..(last name?) to come out and see what I found..! I told her that I needed my car, at least for a while and couldn't leave it today although I thought about not bringing it home!!!!! When she looked at it, she seemed puzzled and said that she'd talk to the Mgr. about this! She said she'd look at the photos she took, I said fine..., but I can tell you that these indentions were not here when I left it!!!! STRANGE LOOKING INDENTIONS!!!! Expecting you all to fix this problem with the back bumper!
