Repair is very good. Car did not know has been damaged. But, my car is very dirty. They did not wash it. I did asked a lady at reception desk. She told me that"we did". But, I could see the durst on top of hood, my car is white color.

Isaias Ponce was so great to us! We appreciate all of the updates and phone calls - even during Hurricane ****! He let us know that our car was safe before and after the storm... and that was one less thing we had to worry about. He coordinated with insurance company of the at-fault driver and made sure everything was taken care of for us. We had a great experience, and we really appreciate Mr. Ponce and all his hard work. :-)

Overall I was satisfied, but not entirely. My only minor issue was that after picking my truck up I noticed several things had been changed. The clock was set to the wrong time, trip odometers reset, air vents closed, side mirrors moved, shifter knob turned, one wiper blade arm not in the factory position, etc. I understand things like the driver seat might be changed, but I didn't expect to have to make so many readjustments. Again, it's only a minor detail but one that concerned me nonetheless. Otherwise, the repair work was well done and I was treated respectfully.
