Car was not properly repaired after a full week. It is back in the shop; and, we have been seriously delayed and inconvenienced.

He let us know that our car was safe before and after the storm... and that was one less thing we had to worry about. Overall I was satisfied, but not entirely. My only minor issue was that after picking my truck up I noticed several things had been changed. The clock was set to the wrong time, trip odometers reset, air vents closed, side mirrors moved, shifter knob turned, one wiper blade arm not in the factory position, etc. I understand things like the driver seat might be changed, but I didn't expect to have to make so many readjustments. Again, it's only a minor detail but one that concerned me nonetheless. Otherwise, the repair work was well done and I was treated respectfully.
