Mechanical work is needed. Steering condition is worse off than the shape my car was in prior to dropping off the car. The car is unsafe to drive. Regardless of how long the repairs take, please just fix my baby. I would be entirely grateful. Thank you.

I am writing to you to let you know the frustration I have experienced up to now. I dropped my car (2015 Acura RDX) to your shop on 10/23/2017. The reason I chose your shop to fix my car is because of good online review. After month-Long marathon waiting, my car is still in your shop. The following are the timelines. ****) On 10/25/2017, I got Text message said "The repair is underway! look forward to seeing you in about 16 days" 2) On 10/30/2017, got Text message said "Your vehicle is on track to be completed on 11/10/2017" 3) On 11/02/2017, Text message said "Your Acura is 54% complete and still on target for 11/10/2017" 4) On 11/03/2017, Text message said "We are on track for 11/10/2017" 5) On 11/06/2017, Text message said "We are nearing completion" 6) On 11/08/2017, Text message said "We have updated your estimated completion date from 11/10/2017 to 11/15/2017" 7) On 11/14/2017, Text message said "We have updated your estimated completion date from 11/15/2017 to 11/17/2017" 8) On 11/16/2017, I called Terry to check the repair status, he said a major part was back-ordered and took some time to deliver. They just received the part, and all the parts are ready now. The next, just put the parts together and do painting. The car repair should be finished in several days. Then I got update Text message said "We have updated your estimated completion date from 11/17/2017 to 11/24/2017" 9) On 11/24/2017, I changed my Holiday schedule to prepare the car pickup, but later I got another Text message said "We have updated your estimated completion date from 11/24/2017 to 11/30/2017" 10) On 11/30/2017, I called Terry to check the repair status again, and he sent a Text message said "We have updated your estimated completion date from 11/30/2017 to 12/06/2017" 11) On 12/6/2017 was supposed to be the completion day, so I arranged my work schedule in order to go to pick up my car after work, but I got called back from Terry at around 2:30 pm, and was told again that my car is not ready and it will take another day to two. 12) On 12/8/2017, I was waiting all day for my car repair status. On my way home, I finally got a call from Terry at around 4:30pm told me my car was ready to be picked up. I went to the restoration center and pick up my car. I understand sometimes things may not go the way as planned but the completion date seems to have become a moving target. Up to today, it has been changed 8 times from original 11/10 to 12/8. I appreciate the text messages for update but would like to have a firm date for pickup, so that I would not need to make arrangement for my work schedule and call the Geico to expend my can rental again and again.

I dropped my car on Nov 16 and a guy told me it would take 4 days to fix my car. But I could pick it up on Dec 5. You guys should have told me what happend to my car and why it took so long to fix it. You never told me anything until I called and asked you. I really feel bad bacause of your attitude. Finally, I picked it up but found a hole which is not supposedly to be on the bumper. You guys told me my car was ready. Do you think it was ready with a hole on the bumper? I am still waiting for your answer for the piece to fix this issue.
