I was told that I could pick up my car. Went to pick it up and turned in my rental car, but when I got in my car to drive away, I noticed a malfunction alert. I was told that the mirror that was used to replace my original was defective. I lost more than 2 hours of my workday and I still don't have my car.

Miss Ana was very helpful and made a point to give me great customer service. I was only dissatisfied with the fact that my car had finished repair but had to stay on the lot for almost an additional week. The problem was that the insurance company requested the W-9 from the restoration center as soon as the supplemental amount was approved, but the restoration center did not send that information until the repairs had been completed. Seeing as the insurance company requested the W9 about 2 weeks to the repairs being completed, there was definitely sufficient time to supply this information.
