My husband and I were astoned at the repairs that were done! We were like its no way they could repair those damages and it comes back looking like a brand new car off the lot. Omg the work is amazing!!!! They cleaned the outside, inside, and under the hood! I wanted to cry when I got my baby back! To top it off I got a life time warranty on the paint! Whoop whoop! Shane really went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on with my car, and who to contact to get more information about the insurance claims process. He gave me the information I needed to make good decisions and he was efficient and professional along the way. Shane went above and beyond at pick-up of my vehicle as well. I noticed the tire light was on, and though he explained it was on when I dropped he vehicle off, he added air to my tires as a courtesy, and to get me on the road safely. The repairs were finished in the 2 to 3 days predicted. As far as I can tell, the repairs were well done.
I was very pleased to see that they also did a really good wash and vacuum of my truck. That wasn't an easy task. We had just been camping and had a long-haired shedding dog with us!
