There was a scratch in the rear bumper that I thought would have buffed out but you did not touch it .I assumed you would see it and take it upon yourselves to remove it.Guess I should have mentioned it but it is very visable .If this could still be done it would be the icing on the cake .Thank You.

Also, not sure why I could not use the 100 credit I had with service from prior work. I wanted to use the 100 towards the 263.79 bill from service but James told me I couldn't because it was part of collision. But if you look at the bill for the 263.79, this had nothing to do with the accident. I bought two brand new Audis from Ira. A 2014 A6 and the 2015 A3. I thought I would by future cars from Ira Audi but not so sure about that now.

I am very happy with my car repair, I have an older Toyota Corolla with 238,000 miles and it looks brand new.
