While I am satisfied with the work, I am unhappy about how long it took and lack of communication about the status of the car. It is sometimes impossible to reach someone who could provide a clear picture of the status of repair.

When my car first got brought to the Collision Center it took them over a week to get someone to even look at it. Overall it took a month and a half for the car to be fixed. They pushed the finish date back twice. It was inconvenient to get in contact with my representative because she worked limited hours. I don't feel that Ira communicated well with my insurance company because I was aware of too many issues that should have been handled without my knowledge. The costumer should feel like things are taken care. It was a stressful month and a half of Enterprise continually calling me to find out the status of the car when Ira kept telling me they were in communication with them.

After arriving home I noticed a clear coat scratch in the repaired door. I would have preferred to examine the repair in a dry environment instead of the rain which would have made noticing scratches of that nature easier to notice.

There was a stain on the driver's front seat. It shows right up on the black fabric. One of the auto body workers had chemicals or paint on their pants and sat on the front seat. There should of been a cover on my front seat and they did not do it. They put paper covers in the floor but was very careless to put a cover on the seat. IRA Collision is ordering a new front seat cushion for my 2016 Toyota RAV4.
