Communication lacking.....emailed twice, got no response. Called repeatedly and got transferred or sent to voicemail. Promised I would get a call with update two times, got no call!
Repair took a lot longer than expected, no calls to explain what was going on.
Will not be returning for any future collision repair.

Where to start. Really surprising but the entire experience and service was poor from start to finish. Beginning with fouled up rental reservations for a multi passenger vehicle, continuing with mismanaged auto repairs with no proactive status updates, only one of many calls returned, multiple misleading updates on timing, and ending with poorly coordinated and incomplete requested routine service. It was really a disappointment that not one member of the Ira team took the time to offer an apology or explanation of why there were so many breakdowns. I have never provided feedback like this (good or bad) or even responded to a survey but the lack of any acknowledgment whatsoever by the Ira “team” of a mistake being made is remarkable.

I need the collision center director, Greg Ross, to contact me as soon as possible. There is a very serious problem with a huge cracked in my windshield from the drivers to the passenger side, at eye level, that happened while in your shop that I need to discuss with him. I was not made aware of this damage until after I paid my $500.00 deductible and returned the rental. I also mistakenly given them my entire rental envelope, which contained my signed rental agreement. I also was not given a return receipt for the rental car and they did not do a final around with me.
My car SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ALLOWED TO LEAVE THAT SHOP WITH THIS CRACK BUT I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER, PAUL, THAT THE CAR CAME INTO THE SHOP THAT WAY. I ALSO HAVE ISSUE'S WITH HOW THIS WHOLE THING WAS HANDLED ALL ALONG AND THAT IT TOOGK SO LONG TO GET MY CAR BACK AND IT HAD NO BODY DAMAGE.

I have been a good client of Ira for more than 7 years and several weeks ago I looked at purchasing a new car. John showed me one and I was seriously looking at it. John called me with one that came in a little lower in price and I was to meet with him today.
After today, Ira and I are parting ways and I will look elsewhere.
I picked up my GX460 today after dropping it off nine days ago to replacing the rear bumper...ordered a week prior to dropping off. It was to take 2 or 3 days for the repair of the car bumper and then my vehicle was to be transferred to service to do a 100k service and replace the front brakes the day after the repair. I needed my Lexus the next week for a vacation trip. It was not completed in time. I did not receive the 100k service and it took until I came back from vacation today to get the brakes done . Besides it costing me $2000+ for the bumper and $800+ for brakes, you charged me $240 for a Corolla rental car that we had to return because of smoke odor.
At some point, everything was money to Ira.
