IRA did a great job just like they always do. Estimator Mary Almeida did a excellent job from making arrangements to tow my car to the repair. When I picked up my car, I was surprised that my car looked like a brand new car, and also it was shampooed and vacuumed in detail! Very satisfied.

The repair itself was absolutely beautiful and the bumper looked brand new. The color was a perfect match!!! The disappointing aspect was that the carpet in the trunk area had grease marks all over as did the drivers side door handle ad several other places. One reason customers go to the Dealer is that your car is kept clean or at least given back in the same condition inside. Now I will have to try to clean the grease spots. Also, I am not certain of this but I seem to remember the gas tank being full but got it back half full. This I am not certain of but in the future will check the mileage before dropping off. As I said I couldn't be happier with the actual repair. Just really disappointed with the grease spots left for me to try to clean and I doubt they will come out very well if at all.
