I loved the love everyone showed me. Andy made me feel good about trusting master collision to make the necessary repairs. I was overly satisfied, they kept me abreast of all progress. They told me they would wait till I got off work to pick up my jaguar. But I declined and said I will get it in the morning. They really care about there customers. I would absolutely reccomend Master collision to every one. The receptionist was awesome.

Our share of the claim was much much more than expected and Allstate was not willing to reimburse or alter liability. Additionally we got called back after paying for the claim due to a miscommunication about said liability.
Otherwise the car looks great and the service was phenomenal.
