When I had come to collect mmy vehicle from its initial repairs I found new damage to the driver door and rear side door. It was not found in the photos taken by the manager. Although there was some disagreement in whether or not the rear door scratches were there before, not the driver door damage, the manager kept the vehicle and had it repaired by the next day. Everyone was still pleasant and nice. Thank you!

I had my vehicle in for body repairs and when i got to the dealership to pick up my car, no one offered to do a walk around of the vehicle with me or explain the work that was done. I felt as if they were ready to leave for the weekend.
However, the repairs were done to my expectations although there is something loose in the back lift gait when it opens or closes.
