I have always relied on Schneider for my auto repair needs, and I have been a long-time customer. This repair was frustrating for a number of reasons, most of which appear to have been the fault of the insurance company. However, even after many delays (during which the car apparently sat idle at the repair shop, the repair shop failed to repair the few, minor door dings (even though I had requested these minor repairs in writing and by phone). Of course, I will continue to consider Schneider in the future, but, after all of the time in the shop, and the apparent quality check post-repair (before we picked up the car), I was surprised that these "clean-up" repairs were missed or ignored.
