The text alert system needs work. My pickup date changed 4 times, once I only found out about AFTER I'd gotten a ride to Christiansburg and I made the call. And I still have to return for a repair I wasn't satisfied with. But the man that cleaned the car inside and out did an awesome job.

The manager was awesome, great guy. But when I asked the repair man to explain what he did to fix my car, all he did was brag about how nice his work was and how he's been doing this for "23 years." Everyone was very nice, but the only person that was able to actually have a conversation with me about my car was Ronnie Snyder. I spent way too much money there just to be blown off and to not have things explained to me. The best advice I can give is to tell Ronnie to educate his staff. Even if a repair guy is descent at his job, if he can't communicate, it means nothing to a customer.
