Great body work. However, onboard outdoor temp reads -17 and the heater is blasting plus the right headlamp now is not working. I will be back tomorrow! I know these are minor but didn't exist before I dropped the car off. See you soon!

Service was good and courteous but they missed that a piece was missing so the repair is incomplete. Needed part has been ordered but I'll have to make another trip in to get repairs finished.

3 weeks was way too long to be without a car. The person gave us a time line of how it went and it was filled with days when nothing was done. Took forever for parts, which was part of the problem, but the car sat for to many days with nothing being done. Also, the person that we worked with had some major attitude issues.

Was satisfied with the process from beginning to end. The only minor complaint I would have is that it was sometimes hard to reach Keith McNeal by phone during the day if I had questions. But, he was always very informative and explained the process well when we did talk. I did also appreciate the emails that kept me up to date as things went along.
