I am very satisfied with my experience with Ford. The damaged was fixed within a week but the only one problem I have is that I noticed some scratches on the screen of my radio. The damage that was done was on the outside but I am assuming that maybe the scratches happened when the car was being cleaned on the inside. My overall experience was great but I am unhappy about the scratches inside.
